SSC CGL 2017 Tier-3 will be held on 08.07.2018

Candidates of Combined Graduate Level Examiantion-2017, who qualified the Tier-1 of the said examination, may please refer to the Result Write-up of Tier-I uploaded on the website of the Commission on 11.01.2018. It was stated in the aforesaid write-up that the candidates who were declared qualified in Tier-I examination are eligible to appear in Tier-II and Tier-III Examinations.
2. However the Scheme of Examination at para 9 of the Notice of the Examination reads as under:
“The merit will be prepared on overall performance in Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III. However, the candidate will need to qualify all the tiers i.e. Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III separately. There will be no sectional cut-off.”
3. Accordingly it is clarified that only those candidates who qualify in Tier-II of CGLE, 2017 will be called for appearing in Tier-III. Therefore the aforesaid write-up of the result of Tier-I of CGLE, 2017 may be treated as amended to this extent.
4. The result of CGLE (Tier-II), 2017 is tentatively proposed to be declared on 08-06-2018.
5. The tentative date for the conduct of Combined Graduate Level (Tier-III) Examination, 2017 is 08-07-2018.
